Biosafety Course and Class Overview

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course provides four hours of theory plus practical training with live small animals.  The practical portion includes hours in the lab safely implementing basic handling, common injection routes and standard sample collections while incorporating practices and techniques.  The procedures performed are species and procedure specific to meet your needs, emphasizing safety for the user, animal, product, and environment.  Assessments are provided at the outset and conclusion of the training course in order to measure progress throughout the course.
